1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended without prior notice.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Domestic locations within India

International destinations, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Europe, and select other countries

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location

Product size and weight

Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

Domestic Orders (India): 5–10 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or local regulations.

Some products may ship separately if they are sourced from different fulfillment centers.

5. Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Tracking is currently not available. However, you'll keep receiving timely updates on your order. 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details, including address, phone number, and postal code, are accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the shipment.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
